Branding, brand identity, advertising, website template and promo materials for environmentally-focused, modern architectural development. Developed for an agency partner (Brainstorm, Under the Sun Consulting), these materials reflect the architectural modernism and sustainable focus that defines this development. A new visual treatment inspired by the brand identity was employed in each year’s advertising, allowing for a fresh take for the audience that builds on what has already been created.
